We need a Computer Operator with good computer skills.

Data entry: Entering data from source documents into a computer, following established standards .

Data organization: Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents, and managing filing systems .

Receiving and sorting: Receive, open, read, and sort incoming mail by department or employee .

Maintaining computer systems: Monitoring and managing computer systems and networks, including servers and mainframes .

In addition to technical skills and knowledge, computer operators also need strong soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Clerical duties: Answering and directing incoming phone calls, photocopying information, and developing and maintaining general office files .
