Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team at our Pilkhuwa location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage computer systems and networks.

Install and configure software and hardware.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Perform regular system maintenance and updates.

Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.

Assist staff and students with technical queries and issues.

Maintain accurate records of IT assets and incidents.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Computer Operator or similar role.

Proficiency in computer systems, software, and hardware.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of data security and backup/recovery procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
