We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage various accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve handling financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the general ledger.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Monthly Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and accounting standards.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
