Understanding of hardware generation.

Good knowledge about all computer component.

Caplaibilty to troubleshoot OS issues for laptop and desktop.

Printer configuration and troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge about LAN and WAN networking.

Firewall knowledge will be good to have.

Windows 2012,16 knowledge with AD management will be good to have.

Wifi configuration, troubleshooting and networking knowledge.

Willing to support our client remote and physical location if required.

Excellent attitude to work as team.

Participanting on firewall implementation and cloud migration.

Laptop repair knowledge will be required.
