Job Summary:

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Ensure seamless operation of computer systems, peripherals, and network infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:

1. Hardware Installation and Repair:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware (CPUs, motherboards, RAM, etc.)

- Repair or replace faulty components

- Upgrade existing hardware

2. Software Installation and Configuration:

- Install and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)

- Install and configure software applications

- Troubleshoot software issues

3. Networking:

- Configure and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, etc.)

- Set up and manage network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)

- Ensure network security and connectivity

4. Troubleshooting:

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

- Use diagnostic tools and software

5. Maintenance:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks (backups, updates, etc.)

- Ensure system security and compliance

**Requirements:

Education:

- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Technical Skills:

1. Hardware: CPUs, motherboards, RAM, peripherals

2. Software: Operating systems (Windows, Linux), software applications

3. Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches

4. Troubleshooting tools: Diagnostic software, multimeters, etc.

5. Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
