Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Data Entry Clerk (Hindi & English) to assist a Team. The ideal candidate must have strong typing skills in both Hindi and English and ensure efficient data management while handling sensitive legal information.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain legal data in both Hindi and English across databases and case management systems.
Translate and transcribe legal documents, contracts, and case files between Hindi and English as needed.
Verify and review documents for accuracy and completeness.
Organize, digitize, and file legal records securely.
Retrieve and provide legal documents upon request.
Prepare reports, summaries, and legal correspondence in both languages.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal data management policies.
Assist lawyers with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (a legal studies certificate or diploma is a plus).
Proficiency in Hindi and English (reading, writing, and typing) is essential.
Prior experience in data entry, preferably in a legal or corporate setting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and legal database software.
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal documents.
Hindi and English Typing speed More than 35WPM,
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience
Familiarity with Unicode Hindi typing (Krutidev/Mangal/Google Input Tools).
Knowledge of legal research processes.
