Role:
A Service Delivery Executive is responsible for managing the delivery of HR services to
clients. The role requires a combination of technical and management skills, as well as
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring that their needs are
met and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Managing the end-to-end service delivery process, including client onboarding, service
implementation, service delivery, and service improvement.
Monitoring the performance of the HR service delivery team, ensuring that SLAs are met
and service quality is maintained at all times.
Managing a team of HR service delivery professionals, ensuring that they are trained,
motivated, and supported to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery processes and implementing changes
to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Providing regular reports on service delivery performance to clients and senior
management, using data and analytics to drive insights and continuous improvement.
