Description: In this role, you have the opportunity to.. To oversee the compliance and regulatory function and to provide continuous oversight over the compliance and regulatory aspect, product compliance, processes and policies in the Company. The role will report to the General Counsel.

Responsibilities will includeThe Compliance Officer’s primary responsibility will be to have oversight of the organization’s compliance and regulatory vertical , to ensure that the organization (and its employees) are following the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, company policies and procedures and firm-wide standards of conduct.

Functional Expertise Compliance Program Management: Develop, maintain, and administer the company’s compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations in India. Implement cost-effective compliance solutions to enhance organizational compliance.

Regulatory Navigation: Navigate regulatory complexities to ensure that products offered by the company are fully compliant with legal standards.

Compliance Policies and Procedures: Establish, implement, and manage compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting non-compliance.

Third-Party and Regulatory Audits: Oversee and manage third-party examinations and regulatory audits. Ensure accurate and timely completion of information requests from regulators.

Product Compliance: Ensure product compliance with relevant regulations, particularly dealing with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
