Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Setup: Conduct on-site installation of CCTV cameras, including mounting, cabling, and configuration of network connections to ensure optimal functionality and security coverage.
Maintenance and Repair: Regularly inspect and maintain installed surveillance systems, including cameras, recorders, and related components. Troubleshoot and repair any hardware or software issues that may arise during maintenance visits.
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding CCTV system operations, setup, and usage. Address client inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions remotely or on-site.
System Upgrades: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in CCTV systems. Suggest and implement system upgrades or enhancements to improve performance and security.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installation and maintenance activities, including equipment configurations, service reports, and client communication for future reference.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all CCTV installations comply with local regulations and legal requirements related to surveillance and privacy.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on completed installations to guarantee adherence to company standards and client expectations.
