About the candidate:

Academic qualification: Student perusing Company secretory and looking for exposer and training.

What you will learn from here:

a. Understanding of The IB Code, Regulation and its Rules

b. Understanding of CIRP, Liquidation process

c. Drafting of Notice, agenda and minutes of the meeting

d. Attending meeting of creditors/stakeholders/board

e. ROC compliances

f. Communication with various stakeholders

g. Legal drafting of petition, reply, affidavits to be filed with NCLT/NCLAT

h. Resolving an insolvent company

i. Sale/merger/acquisition of company

j. Liquidation including voluntary liquidation of a company.

Position: Assistant Manager

Exposure: Directly reporting to Principal. Communication with client, stakeholders, Lawyers and other IPs

Remuneration: Commensurate with the qualification and exposure
