Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Responsible for supervision of day to day accounting on computerized environment (AR, AP, Taxation, MIS, Audits etc.).

2. Debtors & Creditors management, MIS, Audits.

3. Handling banks & Financial Institutions.

4. Familiar with Company Act, Taxation, PF/ESIC etc.

5. Should be capable of liaising with Govt. agencies for all factory requirements

6. Preparation of reports to support the Management needs and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines

7. Liasoning with Stat Auditors for smooth closing of Limited Review/Annual Audit

8. Other Adhoc reports assigned on time to time by reporting manager

Eligibility Criteria

1. Education: Qualified Company Secretary

2. Good knowledge of Excel/Word/Powerpoint

3. Working knowledge of Tally/ERP will be an added advantage
