Preparation of Minutes, Drafting Resolution, Formation of private companies, appointment of auditors, preparation of DIN, etc. appointment and resignation of Directors, etc. Statutory Compliances of Companies Act 2013 & 1956, Limited Review under Clause 49 of Listing agreement; Conducting Audit Committee, Board Meeting. ROC compliances, Internal Audit, Preparation of Minutes, Drafting Resolution, etc. Formation of private companies, E-Filing of Forms, Annual e-filing, Appointments and Resignation of directors of private companies, Appointments of auditors, Preparation of DIN of Directors, Share certificate etc.
