Job Description

Assisting in Company Secretarial function for all Writer Group entities

Assisting in drafting Board and Shareholders Minutes

Maintaining Statutory Registers, including registers of members, directors and shareholders.

Maintaining and filing of documents in physical form, wherever required

Timely filings mandated under the Companies Act, 2013

Should have knowledge in Company Law and recent changes in Company Law

Liaise with officials at the ROC office

Qualification and Skills :

CS Fresher / CS Inter

Should have completed the mandatory CS Articleship

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Good communication skills

Knowledge of laws, compliance process
