The incumbent will be the primary contact point for National and International Clients looking for Legal Advice and assignment execution for subject related to Corporate Laws, matters. Shall be holding experience in Corporate Laws and holding MBA degree. Further she :

1. Shall be well versed with Corporate Laws, Listing

Agreement and other Allied laws.

2. Hands on experience on Drafting Comprehensive agreements like Shareholders Agreement, Share Purchase Agreements and other allied documents.

Location :Moradabad,Uttar Pradesh

Exp . - 1 to 4 Years

Salary - 30k - 50k PM

Qualification : Any Graduate, MBA
