Job Description

Schedule Board meeting and other committee meeting on time as per Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Company law Compliance, ICDR, Insider trading, SAST etc. Liaising with BSE/NSE, CDSL, NSDL, Banks, Govt. Authorities etc., To co-ordinate with statutory auditor, secretarial auditor and internal auditor for data exchange as per the requirement. Ensure quarterly compliance with Stock exchange are done in timely manner. To prepare Annual report of Listed entities and ensure to see that it reaches shareholders on time. To prepare & update the register required to be prepared under Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
