Understanding of various and critical provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and other allied corporate laws.
Monitor and keep the key stakeholders updated about the development of rules and regulations and build up stakeholders relationships in the best interest of the company.
Convening board meeting, general and committee meetings, preparation of agenda, circulation of notice, minutes and execution of the decisions in timely manner.
Drafting board meeting papers, policies and procedures for applicable compliances.
Preparation of Board Report, Annual Return and functional knowledge of XBRL
Identification and due compliance with local laws and regulations and adherence to compliance with regulatory requirement.
Handling documentation and compliance for company secretarial matters pertaining to meetings, memorandum and articles of association, statutory registers and filings.
Preparing and timely filing of necessary of e-forms and returns with MCA/ROC/RBI/AD/NeSL and any other statutory authorities.
Liaisoning with relevant authorities/departments/banks/auditors/ consultants for regular compliance.
Handling FEMA and RBI compliances.
Other key compliances and tasks.
