Required a CS with 3 to 5 year of experience

Profile

- Strong understanding of company law, tax regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and company secretarial software.

- High degree of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to compliance and risk management.

Salary will be 6 to 7 lac pa. However, no cap for the right candidate.

Need to join on urgent basis.
