Job Description:
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and file statutory returns, forms, and reports with regulatory authorities.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and minute books.
• Organize and manage board meetings, AGMs, and EGMs, including preparing agendas, notices, and minutes.
• Handle corporate governance and secretarial audits.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
• Liaise with regulators such as ROC, SEBI, and stock exchanges (if applicable).
• Provide support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate actions.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of corporate laws and compliance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in drafting and maintaining legal documentation
Educational Qualification: Company Secretary
Experience: 3-5 years
Mandatory Requirement: Membership number of ICSI & Immediate Joining
