K9HR SOLUTIONS is Looking for Company Secretary for Rajkot Location. He has Mast Knowledgeable to The CS should be able to handle the regular RoC compliances of approx. 130 companies and 50 LLPs during the entire year. They should also have knowledge of SEBI filings required for listed companies.

Company annual filings, XBRL filings, Exchange filings for NSE/BSE, KYC compliances, digital signature management, minutes book, statutory registers etc.

Skills:

1. Excellent knowledge of company law, corporate governance principles, and regulatory requirements.

2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and company secretarial software.
