Candidates who have 1-2 years years experience of working in Real Estate Companies, Managing compliance, Managing Board and Annual General Meeting, Annual E-Filing of Forms, XBRL Filing, ROC compliance, Preparation of Minutes, Drafting Resolution, Formation of private companies, appointment of Statutory & Internal Auditors, preparation of DIN, etc. appointment and resignation of Directors, etc. ALL FILING AND COMPLIANCE WORKS OF ROC, Various other assignments as and when delegated by the Management.
