Job Description

Build relationships with educators & students, understand their daily needs & figure out how we can help them best.

Understand thoroughly teachers classroom style, preferences, batches and expectations.

Communicate our vision with new parents & educators.

Be the link between the educators and the Openhouse team in terms of how we can constantly keep improving ourselves.

Ensure regular communication and be the bridge between the Education counsellors and the tutor. Manage demo time scheduling, communications, changes, link handling etc

Follow necessary logistics for a demo class such as necessary steps- ensuring parent-student-teacher interaction, feedback form, storing recordings of demos etc.

Keep all relevant trackers updated with respect to teacher schedule, batches, classes and student details etc Come up with interesting events for teachers and students in space and in the neighbourhood.

You shall be the face of the company. Feel like you own the space, and confidently take on responsibilities and make decisions.
