Job Description
We are looking for a Community Manager having 1 to 3 years of prior work experience, who can join us and help us out in developing content strategies to engage the company’s online community. They will be responsible for building, growing and managing the Youtube channel and other community channels, engaging with customers and fans through social media and live events ensuring that they have a positive view of our brands, company, products, and services.
As a Community Manager working within the marketing department, you will coordinate to ensure brand consistency and generate new opportunities to engage with our followers on social media. The emphasis will be on brand awareness, campaign creation, evolving and maintaining brand architecture and positioning.

Educational Qualification:
Experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all social media channels will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field can be a plus.
Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for building, growing, and managing the Youtube channel and other community channels, engaging with customers and fans through social media and live events
Understanding of content marketing, being able to conceptualize and create content (scripting) for the channels.
Brand awareness, campaign creation, and evolving and maintaining brand architecture and positioning.
Create and apply the right content strategy, and further assist video optimization, subscriber growth, and viewership growth for Shrey’s YouTube channels.
Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of all YouTube and social media channels and coordinating with the team of designers and content writers.
Analyze and develop audience growth strategies to increase viewership on channels.
