Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong community presence across various platforms, including social media, forums, different community and user groups.
Content Creation: Create engaging content that resonates with our target users, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts/updates.
User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, providing timely and effective support to users.
Event Management: Organize and manage community events such as webinars and online discussions to foster engagement and knowledge sharing.
Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform product development and enhance user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align community activities with overall company goals.
Requirement
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in growing and managing communities.
Education: Bachelors degree.
Strong communication skills and tech-savvy.
Proficient with community management tools and social media.
