Job Description

Communicative English Trainer is intended to improve the English language skills of the students by providing additional skills that will cater to the industry demand and enable them to be trainers to the community.

Conduct interactive and communicative English classes that prioritize speaking and listening skills.

Develop comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials to cater to students of varying proficiency levels.

Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.

Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to actively participate in class activities.

Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including role-playing, group discussions, and multimedia resources, to enhance students' language proficiency.

To motivate and encourage the candidate to speak and express their thoughts with clarity and impact.

To develop short activities and tasks which can augment the curriculum and help the individual candidate in becoming a better communicator.
