Reaching out to smart, efficient, internet-savvy candidates well versed with content writing, basic record-keeping and having a keen interest in Indian Classical music with a meaningful part-time job opportunity to be a Communications Manager and help administration for Mahesh Kale School of Music (MKSM)! Looking for someone who can work independently, loves to stay organized, and enjoys communicating with people.
Typical tasks include email and Whatsapp communications and content writing (in English) and some basic administration of music school related activities.
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any field is suitable. Preference to communications/front desk / school management/accounting.
Duration: Part-time time position with 24 hours per week (4 hours a day, 6 days a week).

Skillset:
- Excellent English language skills for writing quality content for website and email/text communication.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills is a MUST. Role includes lots of phone and email communication.
- Internet savvy. Should be comfortable with Google Sheets/Google Docs/Google Drive, Youtube administration, Google search-based analysis, and social media. Should be very comfortable using collaboration tools such as chat, email, whatsapp, trello, etc. for communication and collaboration.
- Ability to stay on top of things. Stay organized. Coordinate and run daily tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with low supervision.
- Basic record-keeping and bookkeeping skills
- English and Marathi is a must. Multiple languages is a plus.
- Keen interest in listening to Indian Classical Music or Indian/marathi music is a plus.
- Knowledge or interest in audio/video/graphics is a plus.
