As a Commis Cold. you will play a crucial role in our culinary team, responsible for preparing and assisting in the creation of a variety of cold dishes, salads, and appetizers. Your skills and attention to detail will contribute to the presentation and quality of our cold offerings.

Job Requirements:

Culinary Skills: Proficiency in cold food preparation techniques, including salad assembly, cold appetizers, and presentation.

Culinary Education: A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Creativity: The ability to craft visually appealing and flavorful cold dishes, demonstrating innovation in presentation and flavors.

Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with other members of the kitchen team.

Attention to Detail: Precision in preparation and presentation to ensure the highest quality dishes.

Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and adapt to changing tasks and priorities.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
