Key Responsibilities:

Cold Dish Preparation: Assist in the preparation and assembly of a diverse range of cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and cold sandwiches, following established recipes and culinary guidelines.

Ingredient Handling: Meticulously handle and prepare ingredients, ensuring their freshness, quality, and proper storage.

Presentation: Pay particular attention to the aesthetic presentation of cold dishes, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with the culinary standards.

Culinary Expertise: Exhibit proficiency in cold food preparation techniques, including slicing, dicing, garnishing, and arranging ingredients creatively.

Quality Control: Maintain a commitment to high standards of quality, taste, and presentation, conducting regular checks during the preparation process.

Sanitation: Strictly adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols, guaranteeing a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff, chefs, and Commis team members to ensure a seamless culinary workflow.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and replenishing inventory of cold food ingredients, promptly reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
