Key Responsibilities:

Pastry Preparation: Assist in the preparation of a wide range of pastries, including cakes, pastries, bread, and desserts, adhering to established recipes and culinary standards.

Ingredient Handling: Accurately measure and assemble ingredients, ensuring the quality, freshness, and proper storage of all pastry ingredients.

Baking and Cooking: Operate baking equipment, ovens, and stoves skillfully, monitoring temperatures and cooking times to achieve the desired results.

Decoration: Participate in the creative decoration of pastries, showcasing artistic flair and attention to detail.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation by conducting regular checks throughout the pastry preparation and presentation process.

Sanitation: Follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the pastry kitchen and related equipment.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and replenishing pastry ingredient inventory, promptly reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with other kitchen staff, pastry cooks, and chefs to ensure a seamless culinary workflow.

Job Requirements:

Passion for Pastry: A genuine passion for pastry and baking, accompanied by a desire for continuous learning and improvement in the field.

Experience: While prior experience as a Commis Pastry is preferred, we welcome candidates with enthusiasm and a willingness to undergo training.
