Job Description

1. Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and maximize sales growth.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the commercial sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitors' activities.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

6. Contract Negotiations: Oversee negotiations for sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.

7. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's automobile products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

8. Sales Training: Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

9. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities in the commercial market.

10. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential commercial clients.

11. Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve sales processes and customer experience.

12. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with overall business goals.
