-Supply Chain Management: Ensures end-to-end logistics/ supply chain management by arranging the most economic and
fastest mode of transport and conducts regular tracking Interfaces with customers for dispatch
- Vendor Management: Ensures vendor creation and manage sourcing of materials and services. Follow up with accounts
for timely payment release to vendors/suppliers to achieve commercial goals
- Scrap Management: Lead and ensure timely scrap removal form the plant premises and ensure zero land filling of the
scrap materials
- Financial Management: Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to commercial activities. Undertake diligent
techno-commercial negotiation with the vendors on all matters like type of requirements, scope of work, pricing, payment
milestones, secured transactions, minimum or no transit loss etc.
- Procurement: Lead vendor management negotiations, issue purchase orders and rate contracts. Track & report key
functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Managerial
-Market Intelligence: Assisting Commercial Incharge in developing and implementing commercial strategies according to
Annual Business Plan and support Business Team in achieving the ABP targets.
- Business Coordination: Coordinating with S&M Team for smooth dispatch of material by collaborating with crossfunctional teams in day-to-day operations which will include coordinating with different functions and ensuring smooth
functioning of commercial activities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports, presentations, and analysis of commercial Function. Providing insights and
recommendations based on the data collected.
