Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Detailed analysis & study of Bid Documents / new enquiries both technically & commercially.

2. Preparation of Cost for complete Techno- Commercial proposals for EPC, Non- EPC &Rooftop Projects.

3. Keeping track of price & getting validated in co-ordination with SCM to make offerings more accurate & attractive.

4. To track & release budget & cost project wise for cost control.

5. Attend Techno-Commercial negotiation with Customer & Clients.

6. To coordinate with Design & Engineering for complete BOQ on time

7. To track the variance report project wise with detailed reason.

8. Profitability maximization (Actual Budget Released Vs. Achieved Value)

9. Stringent Cost control through budgetary practices

10. Techno-Commercial negotiation with Customer & Clients

11. Understanding of LOI/ PO/ Contract/Agreement

Candidate should be experience in Power, Substation or Transmission line project.
