Key Responsibilities:
• Sales, Build to Suit (BTS) and Lease of Logistic Parks, Banks and NBFCs, Commercial Office Spaces, Retail chains spaces, Schools, University, Hotels, Hospitals, Farm Houses, Etc
• Commercial land dealings, Land Acquisitions, Floor Space Index (FSI)
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan.
• Meeting planned sales goals, tracking goals and reporting results.
• Coordinating and helping marketing team in Organizing advertising/communication campaigns (social media, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events, Pamphlet distributions, board placements, canopy activities, business expos, online and offline marketing, etc.
• Effectively organizing business meetings with the clients.
• Managing customer database and generating new clients.
