Provide full secretarial and admin support to the Business Unit Lead

Prepare and coordinate presentations/conferences/meetings with internal and external parties

Manage and ensure that all meetings are timely arranged

Assist with the preparation, assembly and distribution of reports

Coordinate with travel department on Business Lead travel arrangements inclusive of air ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, claims

Raise purchase requisition / purchase order for the department requirements

Provide administrative support for the bid/tender process

Consolidate and update market data/information on new marine charters and bids potential

Provide costing input for invoicing

Co-ordinate and liaise with inter-department/inter-company requirements as per assigned

Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties as per assigned

Roles & Responsibilities of Sr. Sales Commercial Executive :

* Creating New BP Master for second hand machine and change of BP name , address & GST in existing master based on the request from service.

* BP Master & GST verification before initiating the commercial transaction.

* Submitting Incoming PMT details to Accounts and confirming remittance (*Adv, BD , PDC & OD)

* Submitting BP details to Accounts for CIT Sales.

* Submitting Hard copy of PDC's , LC , BG to accounts.

* Collecting receipt voucher and credit note from accounts on clearance of PMT & sending the same to Customers with covering letter by mail & courier.

* Daily updates in CRM based on billing and collection

* Verifying Sales Quotation against PO and converting the same into Sale Order after verifying the pricing & terms in PO.

* Preparing and sending Dispatch approval check list to Finance & Management for approval.

* Informing Costing for generating DC.

* Generating E-Invoice and E-way Bill agasint the DC.

* Submitting invoice to accounts and receiveding receipt voucher and credit not
