Hi,

Hero Housing Finance Limited is looking candidates for Collections Officer at various locations.

Job Responsibilities:

1) To plan and visit customer’s for timely collection and reduce delinquencies as per the targets defined.

2) Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments and have to be polite and sensitive while handling with borrowers.

3) Good in handling borrower questions and complaints.

Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organisational requirements.
