Oversee the collection of loan to minimize loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy.
Experience in agency management with self allocation
- Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
- Train staff members within the collections department to ensure a sufficient number of staff members are available to handle the workload.
Should be familiar with high DPD Cases, Skip tracing and Social networking
Review of loan cases allocations and collections targets by bucket to agencies/ Collections representatives; resolution of exceptions in allocation
The role will be responsible for managing and undertaking collections process for Unsecured high tickets loan.
Should have legal knowledge & ensure collection process and legal guidelines are adhered.
Should have handled collection officers, 4-8 Collection Supervisors
- Develop goals aching achieving the business goals of the company and coordinate staff to continually meet and exceed goals.
