Position: Collection Manager

Job Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi

Gender: Male Only

Working Experience: At least 3-8 years

Salary Package: 40k to 60k

Qualification: Any Graduate

Must have good critical thinking skills and exercise sound judgment.

Must have strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

Must have exceptional interpersonal skills.

Requirement:

Manages the employees who collect the money.

Handles complaints or difficult calls.

Drive closure on recoverable portfolio for assigned territory / area

Maintaining dashboard on daily collection & report to senior management team.

Resolve service issues of clients by coordinating with relevant departments.

Ensures that all written correspondence complies with company policies in terms of verbiage and frequency of contact.
