1. Create and Implement Strategies to Increase the Number of Successful Collections On Outstanding Debt.

2. Recruit, Hire, Train and Evaluate Staff Members Within the Collection Department to Ensure a Sufficient Number of Staff Members are Available to Handle Workload.

3. Run Reports and Analyze Data Pertaining to the Department and Share with Executives & Telecalling Staff.

4. Negotiates Payment Arrangements and Follows Up to Make Sure the Payments are Made.

5. Handles Complaints or Difficult Calls.

6. Develop Goals that Complement the Overarching Business Goals of the Company and Coordinate Staff to Continually Meet and Exceed Goals.
