Collections Manager Responsibilities:
Tele-calling and Field Collection Agencies Setup: Establish and oversee tele-calling teams and field collection agencies within a designated zone to ensure effective coverage and reach.
Roll Rates and Delinquency Control: Implement strategies to control roll rates and manage recovery of overdue payments from delinquent accounts. Monitor bucket-wise delinquencies to optimize collection efforts.
Soft Collection and Reminder Calls: Conduct soft collection calls and reminder calls to customers regarding EMI payments. Inform customers about due dates, payment amounts, and available payment methods to facilitate timely payments.
NPA Management and Cost Control: Manage Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and control the cost of collection by implementing efficient collection processes and strategies.
Partner Liaison for Reconciliation: Collaborate with partners for reconciliation and collection of cash/cheques from customers. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
Overdue Details Management: Liaise with partners to obtain overdue details, bounce details, and mandate reject details in a timely manner. Use this information to optimize collection strategies and prioritize efforts.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in setting up and managing collection operations, optimizing recovery efforts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
