Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers to remind them of their outstanding payments, using scripts and call guides provided by the company.
Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, taking into account their financial
situation and the company's policies and procedures.
Update account information in the company's recovery system, including notes on the
customer's payment history and any payment arrangements made.
Identify and escalate accounts that require special attention, such as those with a high
balance or a history of delinquent payments.
Provide excellent customer service to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in
a professional and empathetic manner.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to recovery, including regulations
related to debt recovery practices.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and recovery made, and provide regular reports
on recovery activities to the recovery team.
Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve performance and maintain
compliance with company policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, recovery made, and other key
performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the company.
Perform any other duties as required by the recovery team.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a recovery.
3. Ability to negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of collections practices and regulations is preferred.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and recovery software.
