**Role Description**

We are seeking a strategic and motivated **Co-Founder** for a part-time remote role at **Worthy Of Creation**. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for contributing to the day-to-day operations, with a focus on **analytical skills**, **communication**, **sales**, **marketing**, and **research** to drive the company’s mission and growth. In this dynamic role, you will also be expected to develop and implement a strategic vision for the company to ensure long-term success and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct research and provide valuable insights to shape business strategies.

- Lead and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract clients.

- Engage in sales efforts to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.

- Oversee communication efforts to align both internal and external messaging with the company’s mission.

- Collaborate with the team on creative and operational initiatives.

- Develop and implement a strategic plan to guide the company’s growth and market positioning.

**Qualifications:**
