Job Summary
We are hiring CNC / VMC / HMC / Grinding operators for Machine tools Industry with following expertise -
Collection of drawings and input data from respective department and studying the technical drawings and specifications.
Operating the machines with safety regulation and standards and maintaining the machine clean and clear after duty.
Tool set up and offsetting.
Involved in attending trouble shooting.
Process planning and follow up.
Setting and operating machining components to specified tolerance
Maintaining production as per cycle time.
Inspecting the finished part with proper standards measuring instruments and ensure quality as per dimensions.
Should know usage of Height gauge, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring equipment
To take Work offsets and Tool offsets
Responsibilities and Duties

Fixture Mounting dialing
Tool Reference
Responsible for shift production
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
ITI - Turner
ITI - Machinist
Diploma - Mechanical Engineering
Any equivalent qualification with CNC / VMC / HMC Machining experience
Any equivalent private certification course of CNC / VMC / HMC Machining operating
Experience :
0 to 5 Years as a CNC / VMC / HMC Operator
