CNC Operator cum Setter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC/VMC Operator cum Setter with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC and VMC machines to produce precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup: Set up CNC and VMC machines according to specifications, blueprints, and work orders.

Programming: Write or modify CNC programs to ensure efficient operations.

Tool Selection: Select and install appropriate tools and fixtures for each job.

Operation: Operate machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.

Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance on machinery to ensure functionality and safety.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with machines and processes to minimize downtime.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of machine settings, operations, and maintenance activities.
