Read engineering drawings, understand product specifications, and program CNC machines accordingly.

Set up and manage daily production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, or material availability.

CNC and VMC Programming for New Part Development.

Programming using Delcam and Master cam.

Tool Life monitoring and Tool Life improvement.

Programming and operating the following machines for multiple job works

The candidate must be programmer cum operator and must have proper knowledge of right tool selection according to jobs.

Improving the productivity on existing part.

Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.

Also with having knowledge of Mazak/ FANUC Control system
