Basic programme knowledge on Fanuc / Siemens controller.

Strong knowledge in GD&T, drawing interpretation and inspection measuring techniques.

Knowledge on the Selection of cutting tools and parameter for Aerospace materials.

Proficient in Part prove out on Milling 3,4,5 axis machines.

Experience in VMC & 5Axis machines operating and setting and troubleshooting on the CNC machines.

Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical or ITI.

Experience : 3 to 9 Years preferably for Aerospace / Precision machining.

Machines - DMG125-FD; DMF80-FD; 85MB;Beta-1250; GT800 and Tongtai-350
