Job Description: CNC Operator – Bending

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Position: CNC Operator – Bending

Gender Preference: Male

Experience: Freshers with CNC knowledge or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC bending machines as per production requirements.

• Set up and calibrate machines to ensure precise bending as per design specifications.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

• Monitor machine operations to detect any defects or malfunctions and ensure high-quality output.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to company safety and quality standards.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations (training may be provided for freshers).

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

• Willingness to work in a factory environment and adapt to shift timings if required.

• Prior experience in CNC bending operations is a plus but not mandatory.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, CNC, or a related field is preferred.

• Freshers with theoretical knowledge of CNC operations are welcome to apply.
