We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts. You will work closely with engineers and quality control teams to ensure that products meet specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and blueprints.

Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on CNC equipment.

Interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC operation preferred.

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.

Familiarity with CNC programming languages (., G-code).

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
