Blueprint interpretation:

Read and understand technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations, dimensions, and tolerances required.

Machine setup:

Load raw materials onto the CNC mill, install cutting tools, and adjust machine parameters according to the specifications.

CNC programming:

Create and input CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to define tool paths, cutting speeds, and feed rates for the milling process.

Machine operation:

Monitor the CNC mill during operation, making adjustments to settings as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.

Quality inspection:

Verify the dimensions and quality of finished parts using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers, ensuring adherence to tolerances.

Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on the CNC mill, including checking coolant levels, changing tools, and reporting any malfunctions.

Safety compliance:

Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment while operating the CNC machine.
