DESCRIPTION

CNC Machinist

Food and Accommodation Provided by Company

Responsible for setting up, operating & troubleshooting of Auto-lathe machine.

Perform machine code programming.

Responsible for daily maintenance.

Any other duties that may be assigned.

Able to interpret drawings and produce machined parts

Operate, setup parts and producing parts as per drawing specification.

Monitor feed and speed of machines during machining process.

Responsible for troubleshooting on maintenance (Minor) machining process.

Able to perform simple CNC Programming and set up jobs independently

Guiding and providing operator with basic instruction in operating the machines.

Design simple jigs & fixtures for machining process if required.

To troubleshoot on dimensions non-conformance, and provide corrective actions and remedy.

Responsible for maintaining good house keeping.
