Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate CNC machines, including milling, turning, and grinding machines.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
3. Load and unload parts, tools, and materials, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
4. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs as needed.
5. Meet production deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements.
6. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2. 2+ years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of CNC machines, programming languages (., G-code, M-code), and software (., CAD/CAM).
4. Excellent mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet production deadlines.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
