Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

Experience working on Turn Mill Centers (TMC) along with programming and setting up for new jobs is Mandatory.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of HMCs and equipment required to machine complex aerospace precision components.

Computer skills including SOLID CAM knowledge and experience are a plus.

Ability to set up, operate, calibrate, and maintain machines and tools.

Ability to recognize and address problems in the production process.

Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal.

Ability to work effectively with team members and lead the team to high-quality production within tight deadlines.
